Friday Food :: Gluten-free Chai Spice Pancakes
For Abbywolf and Tayrawr.
(Things I use that you might not: a food processor. If you don’t have one, you’ll want oat flour and also to skip the first step — this is just as easy with a whisk & a bowl & also no carpal tunnel. But if you do have one, get it out.)
First, throw some GF oats (some = 1.5-2 cups) into a food processor. Process.

It's not that I want to travel
But I get this kind of personal inertia ~~ you know what I’m talking about, right? ~~ where I need a story, I need to move, I need something to be different.
I could rearrange my house but it’s messy, and I’m about to move house anyway, and really, I am ON THE CLOCK and therefore need to be productive.
It is hard to be productive when it hurts to sit still and it hurts to move...

Who should be credited as the photographer — the one who clicked the button, or the one who arranged the lighting, the composition, the content, the focus?
